For the roles where depth matters most — in-person immersion first, reliable remote performance after.
Your participant trains on-site — learning your systems, standards, and culture — then transitions to a full-time remote role with the context to perform immediately.
90-day fit guarantee. Free replacement if it’s not the right match.
Best for:
Firms that want the remote phase to work the first time — roles where learning the firm’s workflows, people, clients, and local culture in person makes remote performance stronger. The participant works and contributes during immersion, not after it.
Not ideal for:
Roles that are already fully systematized with clear SOPs and don’t benefit from in-person context. (See Remote First for those.)

Best-fit role profile
Roles where judgment, attorney collaboration, or firm-specific knowledge meaningfully improve performance.
Examples:
- Paralegal / Paralegal Manager
- Sales / Director of Sales
- Legal Assistant
- Case Manager
- HR Generalist
- and more

How it Works
Here’s exactly how it works.
Define the role and what success looks like
We work with you to clarify responsibilities, KPIs, and scope — so recruiting targets a real standard, not a generic job description.
Source and evaluate candidates
We surface qualified candidates from our pipeline, screened through practical exercises, structured interviews, and industry standard language benchmarking. You make the final hiring decision.
Handle immigration and logistics
We manage the Department of State training program approval, travel, housing, and relocation logistics — your participant arrives ready to start.
Immerse on-site at your firm
Your participant works inside your firm for 6–12 months, learning your systems, people, clients, and culture while producing real work under your supervision.
Transition to full-time remote
When the immersion phase is complete, we manage the return-to-remote transition — technology setup, workspace readiness, and a structured handoff so nothing drops.
Maintain performance and rhythm
Structured check-ins, coaching, and performance monitoring continue through the full term of employment. Reliable Futures stays in the picture as employer of record and ongoing support partner.

FAQs
Career-level nearshore professionals with rigorous university training — many qualified as attorneys in their home countries. Fully bilingual, career-oriented, and screened through practical exercises, structured interviews, and industry standard language benchmarking. For legal roles, they bring strong foundations in research, drafting, and procedural fluency. For non-legal roles like sales and HR, we recruit to the same standard for the specific capability your role requires.
$649 per month flat fee — covers recruiting, program management, and ongoing support. Participant compensation is separate and varies by role. During the remote phase, that compensation includes wages, payroll, taxes, benefits, and full employer-of-record compliance handled by Reliable Futures. During the on-site phase, employer-side employment taxes — FICA, FUTA, and certain state taxes or fees — do not apply, which meaningfully reduces your cost. Exemptions vary by location — we’ll walk through the full picture in your consult. No hidden costs.
The on-site immersion phase typically lasts 6–12 months — the exact timeline is determined during the role blueprint and hiring plan we build together before placement begins. During this time, your participant works inside your firm under your supervision — learning your systems, people, clients, and culture while producing real work. Reliable Futures manages the training plan design, immigration logistics, structured check-ins, performance reviews, and coaching. When the immersion phase is complete, Reliable Futures manages the remote transition and becomes employer of record.
Your firm leads day-to-day supervision and work direction throughout the entire engagement — on-site and remote. During the on-site phase, the participant is your employee. That’s the same as any other hire. Reliable Futures handles recruiting, screening, immigration, training plan design, onboarding structure, check-ins, coaching, and — once the participant goes remote — becomes the employer of record, handling payroll, compliance, and benefits. You run the work. We run the system around it.
You’re covered by a 90-day fit guarantee. But most issues never get there — Reliable Futures actively monitors performance through structured check-ins, and when problems surface, we escalate early and work with you and the participant to coach, train, and develop past them. If it’s still not the right match, we replace the participant at no additional recruiting cost.
Yes — every candidate is benchmarked for language proficiency using industry standard benchmarking tools, and bilingual capability is a core part of the screening process. For roles that involve client calls or direct communication, language quality is weighted heavily in the interview process — and you speak directly with candidates before making a hiring decision, just like any other role.
Yes. You can start with one placement or several — whatever fits your firm right now. The system is designed to scale either way. Each placement improves recruiting, screening, and onboarding for the next, so adding roles gets easier over time.
